Bolivia CaranaviThis exquisite dark roasted coffee is grown high in the mountains of Bolivia. These dense beans have a firm acidity which holds up well to a dark roast. The body is full and the flavors are that of dark chocolate and toasted nuts.

Mexico Chiapas
This is exquisite coffee is grown high in the mountains of the Chiapas region of Mexico. Shade Grown in fertile volcanic soils results in a dense bean structure with complex flavors. We roast this special coffee to a City Roast (medium) resulting in a complex flavor profile consisting of hints of orange and cocoa. It has medium acidity and is simply delicious!
This coffee was shade grown high (4500+ ft) in the mountains of the Norte region of Peru. This is a Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) Arabica, Fair Trade, organic coffee. Our Peruvian coffee has a fairly large bean structure at a 17+ screen size. We roast this coffee to a light/medium roast to accentuate the flavors yet retain the acidity. It is a well-balanced coffee with good acidity. At this light/medium roast level it shows mild citrus notes and finishes clean with pleasing fruit flavors. These coffee beans are certified organic and Fair Trade.
