Mexico Chiapas
This is exquisite coffee is grown high in the mountains of the Chiapas region of Mexico. Shade Grown in fertile volcanic soils results in a dense bean structure with complex flavors. We roast this special coffee to a City Roast (medium) resulting in a complex flavor profile consisting of hints of orange and cocoa. It has medium acidity and is simply delicious!
