We didn't name this blend Old Faithful for no reason. This is a
VERY
consistent blend that is
EASY
to pull a good shot. Granted, you must have a professional grade grinder, but that's a given.
Old Faithful contains Medium/Dark roasted coffees from Indonesia and South America. It produces a very smooth espresso with mild acidity. It is very creamy on the palate with hints of hazelnut and dark chocolate. It finishes long and smooth.
All coffees are certified FLO and Fair Trade USA Fair Trade and USDA organic.

Another Faithful delight
This is my other go to. I rotate between Old Faithful and the Ultimate Espresso. I absolutely love these coffee beans. They make the most amazing espresso.
