This exotic coffee is from the Indonesian island of Flores. Flores (Portuguese for flowers) is one of the lesser Sunda Islands. It is located east of Komodo and just North West of Timor. This coffee is meticulously grown high (relative to other Indonesian coffee) in the mountains using organic farming practices. It is a wet processed coffee reminicent of a good Papua New Guinea or Java.
We roast this coffee to a Full City+ roast resulting in a full bodied coffee with floral notes and an earthy finish.:
