NOTE: We are using current crop coffee from the Caranavi region from the communities of Calama and Nogalani.
This coffee was shade grown high (5000+ ft) in the mountains of Bolivia. This is a Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) Arabica, Fair Trade, organic coffee. We roast this coffee to a light/medium roast to accentuate the flavors and retain the acidity. It is a very aromatic coffee with bright acidity. On the palate it is medium bodied with hints of vanilla and jasmine.
As with all our coffees your order will be fresh roasted (10 oz size will be no older than 2 weeks) and delivered promptly. If you are not fully satisfied with this coffee you may return it for a full refund.
