This coffee is comprised of the following varieties: 70% Criollo and 30% Caturra. It is a washed coffee with an extremely smooth body and low acidity.
We roast this coffee dark to give a mouth filling brew with moderate acidity. It is full bodied with notes of chocolate and caramel. Gourmet coffee at its finest!
As with all our coffees your order will be fresh roasted (10 oz size will be no older than 2 weeks) and delivered promptly. If you are not fully satisfied with this coffee you may return it for a full refund.
